My account became overdrawn on 5/18 for $160.00 (ok my mistake) I went to deposit money the very next morning and my ATM card did not work. So I went in the office only to find the revoked my card. The teller was quite surprised because I haven't been overdrawn in the past. She had to cut up my card and request a new one. I'm am heading out of town with no ATM check card because of this crazy policy. The teller informed my that there are so many people overdrawn because of the economy that they have started this new policy.Could they just have put a hold on the card. But to cut it up so I have to wait 7-10 days for anew one is just WRONG. Folks I would have to say the hand writing is on the WALL. Wells Fargo has got to be in Trouble like the others or why would they do this to good customers. Do not walk but run to withdraw your money. Ive been a customer since 1981 so sad to see a company that has been around for so long go under. Now I have no access to my direct deposit.
Wells Fargo Mistakes Are Becoming Too Much For Me Too
Wells Fargo is making mistakes that are costing me what little money I have. And despite the fact that their negligence put my bills and rent in jeopardy, the best I can get from representatives is "there's really nothing we can do" and "we'll get back to you."
Wells Fargo always had a reputation for being a "bit much" and recently I have noticed the customer service going straight down the tubes. But the minute you make huge a mistake on your end, place customers in jeopardy, and can't even exhibit enough professionalism to call them back? Wells Fargo, a multi-national company doesn't even have the processes in place for proper recordation? To make sure there's been proper customer resolution? Whose solutions have simply become "Sorry?" This is all too much. I desperately need to find someone else to bank with, and leave these behemoths like Wells Fargo alone.
